I am not a professional grader, in my opinion it looks like it is in Very Good condition there might be minor wear, but everything is in tact there are no rips or tears everything inside the book is there. It is complete. There is black stuff on the back probably ink from other pressbooks being on top of it. There is also a fold on one of the corners on the back page, it is very tiny. See pictures.
