Reproduction of the 1943 Yankee Doodle Dandy James Cagney Movie Lobby Card 14″x10″. Appears to have been one of the reproductions that the studios released , likely from the 1950’s or a bit sooner. No copyright on the card, but it does have a warning that “this advertising is property of (blurry and very tiny print)” , and “Country of Origin USA” on the bottom edges of the card. The paper has tanning from age- the art side is actually a bit darker than the blank side. Found stored in a box filled with 1920’s-1940’s (some a bit newer) ephemera so we believe it is a modern reproduction (not printed on linen paper, just a thin cardboard. It has light edge wear , top right corner has creasing (see photos). We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
