Not all photocards are in perfect condition. There are some defects due to problems in the manufacturing process or packaging, and refunds or exchanges are not possible for such reasons. Unlike other sellers, we do not sell photocards with major problems after inspecting all cards on our own. In the case of all PVC Luckydraw photo cards, there are always some scratches due to material problems. Please refer to it before purchasing. [Current Shipment Status] 1)Following countries are available for the delivery. -Asia : Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam-Europe : Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom -North America : Canada, United States-South America : Brazil -Middle East : Israel, Qatar, Turkey, UAE **Rest of countries : We are still not able to ship to rest of countries as the shipping restriction has been kept since March 2020. 2) There are 2 options of shipping methods in our shop.- Standard : For any available countries with the tracking numbers and information. – Expedited : The fastest & Safest shipment with tracking numbers and short delivery time. 3)All orders ship out from Korea to each country on a following week, not a same week. It also turned to non-face-to-face delivery service therefore, the package could be put in the mailbox or stay at the post office without any notification. (If you are in europe, please check the transit frequently.) So please check the tracking information often and contact the post office with your tracking number. [Cancellation/Return Policy] 1) All Sales are Final! No Cancellation/Returns!! You will be fully refunded in the case of defects. 2) When you ask for a refund other than defects, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and only refunded 90% of your order amount. 3) Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your eBay account. Missed delivery as a result of an address or name error submitted by the customer is not our responsibility. Packages returned as “Unclaimed, Undeliverable or address error” will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. [How to SAVE Shipping Cost] 1. Then we will send you the invoice accordingly. *We do not refund shipping charges already paid. [Defects issue] We are handling the Original Official Goods ONLY!! Don?t accept the Authenticity arguments.(No Replica or Fake goods) +The photo cards are very delicate items. It can have small spots or scratches from its production process. We confirmed this issue through the manufacturer. Therefore, we always double check all the photo cards very carefully so most of our goods do not have any notable defects. If we have goods with any evident defects, we will contact the buyer first. So please note that slight scratches and discolorations from its production are not a defect of the product, no reason for return of goods.
