Three Star Trek Cover Cinefantastique Magazines, 20th/25th Anniversary 1987-1993On auction is a set of three Cinefantastique magazines with Star Trek headlining the issue and dominating the magazine content, including the cover art although there is a lot of other sci-fi and horror articles and news in these issues. The magazines are in excellent condition and have no marks or writing inside. · 1. March 1987 Star Trek 20th Anniversary Retrospect, with the Star Trek article on the creators of science fiction’s most popular show taking a fond look back – see pages 24-39, including sidebars on Photographing Star Trek; Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home review; The Music of Star Trek; and The Makeup of Star Trek. 63 pages total with lots of other sci-fi and horror articles and news. · 2. December 1991 Star Trek, The 25th Anniversary including articles on Gene Roddenbery Philosopher, Junior Grade; Harve Bennett, Movie Paradise Lost (Harve was truly the unsung hero of the Star Trek movies and in this article, he proposes a movie that would end up being the J.J. Abrams’ 2009 Star Trek reboot); A Trek Down Memory Lane with cast and crew; Star Trek VI: The Last Hurrah; Nicholas Meyer, Franchise Mr. Fix-It; and Ten Best List – see pages 8-27.· 3.
