MASH Screenplay

This is a COPY of a 1983 script from the iconic M*A*S*H TV series finale (not a transcript or Photoshop recreation). The cover features Alan Alda’s signature. A copy is being offered here. The 138-page script is from the two-and-a-half-hour movie “Goodbye, Farewell and Amen” which served as the ending of the iconic series. In the story, Hawkeye recovers from a breakdown while the Korean War is winding down and the personnel of the 4077 are making plans to finally be able to return home. The movie was the most-watched non-sports event in U.S. television history having been seen by 121.6 million people. While this movie ended the series, it was not the last part of the series to be filmed. The “As Time Goes By” episode was the last to be filmed (I have a copy of that episode listed). The script’s cover has been reproduced in color and an acetate sheet has been added to keep it looking pristine (to be honest, it looks better than the original). The script pages are printed on one side. Great care has been taken to make this a piece that a collector will be proud to own and show off or frame. Get an inside look into the making of this iconic series. Sorry, but the photos are NOT included. Let me know if this is a present and I will put the script in a gift bag and attach a note that you write. Please email me with any questions you may have about the item before purchasing. I gladly ship internationally, but please note that shipping costs will be higher. Please check out my other listings. You may see something else that you might like.
