Various storylines, such as the grandfather theme, continued Skywalker lineage and prequel/classic connections were part of his 9-episode scribe. Many elements in the screenplay are taken directly from the Starkiller Adventures, Annotated Screenplays and Journal of the Whills, as well as Lucas’ authored novelizations of the original and prequel trilogiles.
