That Convention Was “The Walker-Stalk Con, April 2018 Chicago Illinois” That would make Scott’s signature in this book error print comic, one of the VERY LAST autographs Scott had ever given out to ANYONE! So based on my knowledge of Grades for collectible Banknotes, I would estimate this Comic Book to have a grade of approximately the high end of Very Fine (VF) to the middle of Extremely Fine (EXF), but this is just my opinion, although it is my honest opinion. But again, I am by NO MEANS an experienced Comic Book collector, nor do I have any real experiences with grading them or how the grading scale works for them… I have only owned two Comic Books in my ENTIRE life, including this one! – and they are both for sale on eBay right now. (I am also selling Spider Man #238) . So please look over the images and make your own estimation of its grade. We received a soft appraisal on this error print Comic Book during the summer of 2018 while visiting a Comic Book convention in Indianapolis Indiana. While this was not an “authenticated” appraisal complete with a grading service, it was an appraisal by a professional Comic Book appraiser nonetheless. So while this appraisal is done by a professional, it is just an estimate and by no means official. The Appraiser estimated this error print comic book to be valued at approximately $10,000 USD at the time of appraisal. This WAS after we had obtained all of the included autographs, and also taking into consideration that it is a unique and rare specimen error variation. The appraiser stated that such an error variation (upside-down cover jacket) is indeed extremely rare as it isn’t “print related “, so there aren’t likely to be any more in existence anywhere. – Adding immensely to it’s collectible value in that aspect alone. Then having so many Cast Member signatures all included in the very same book, with photographic proof of signature authentication is also very rare. This valuation appraisal however was provided BEFORE Scott Wilson had actually passed away, so although the book did have his autograph at the time of appraisal, the value therefore would be naturally increased because of his death, as his autograph can no longer ever be obtained by anyone, ever again. If you are a Scott Wilson fan, or even a fan of The Walking Dead and you want his autograph, you have no choice but to purchase it from someone else. We traveled across 5 States over the span of two years to collect all of these autographs!
