This is a rare May 6th, 1929 programme (playbill) from the final week of the OLD VIC COMPANY season's production of the William Shakespeare classic "MACBETH" at the Old Vic Theatre in London. (The production opened January 14th, 1929 and played eighteen performances.) ..... CONDITION: With the exception of small edge tears at the bottom of the back page, moderate creasing and minor edge wear, this playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre or dance aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
