He worked for House of Blues and Live Nation for several decades and met all the artists personally that he had sign. Over 22 years, he had direct access to everyone you can think of. He always liked Adele and specifically this album. This was hand signed by Adele. **The record itself has never been played and the entire album handled very little. I’m excellent condition
