This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the three-week, National Tour engagement of the JIM JACOBS and WARREN CASEY musical "GREASE" at the Shubert Theatre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania beginning April 8th, 1974. (The Original Broadway production opened February 14th, 1972 at the Eden Theatre, moved on June 7th, 1972 to the Broadhurst Theatre and finally settled into the Royale Theatre November 21st, 1972 for over seven years, running for 3388 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The cast included JEFF CONAWAY as "Danny Zuko", PAMELA ADAMS as "Sandy Dumbrowski" and JUDY KAYE as "Rizzo" and featured JOHN TRAVOLTA, MARILU HENNER, WALTER CHARLES, MIKE CLIFFORD, CAROL CULVER, RAY DeMATTIS, REBECCA GILCHRIST, MICHAEL LEMBECK, ELLEN MARCH, LESSLIE NICOL, JUDITH SULLIVAN, STEPHEN VAN BENSCHOTEN and JERRY ZAKS.
